Megan Swanson and Casey Humphris Music Video Project

BRIEF:

1. A promotion package for the release of an album, to include a music promo video, together with two of the following three options:
2. a website homepage for the band;
3. a cover for its release as part of a digipak (CD/DVD package);
4. a magazine advertisement for the digipak (CD/DVD package).

I have decided I am going to work with Casey Humphris on my Media Music video project as I am good friends with her and I personally think we work well together as a team. I think we will both help each others strengths and weaknesses and produce a good project.

We have both decided on making a music video, a cover release as part of a digipak and a magazine advertisement for our coursework.

We have decided on researching into some different, less conventional type of music to put our music video. We are going to try to look into artists that arent as well known in the music industry. We are going to still target a music genre which would interest our own age group, 16-21 years of age and probably girls in particular. We are going to keep our options open when deciding what music to use, whether it is a single artist or a band.
